Transparent pricing for all therapy services. Investing in your well-being is one of the most important things you can do.
Insurance Information
Dr. Steen is an out-of-network provider. This means she does not bill insurance directly, but many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that can reimburse you for a portion of therapy costs.
Superbills (detailed receipts) are provided upon request so you can submit claims to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. You can ask your provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, and if you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Payment Methods
Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment include credit card, debit card, and HSA/FSA cards. Payment is processed securely through the client portal.
